Use of services is possible subject to registration of an account on the Digitaltel.me website and its approval on our part.

We have the right to refuse or restrict your access to services for reasons of non-compliance with these rules or privacy policies.

Access (test or paid) is confidential and not subject to distribution, which is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

You should not impede our Services or try to access them using methods not provided for by us, the interface and instructions.

The use of our services and phone numbers for purposes other than those agreed upon when connecting to the service is prohibited.

User accounts acting against this rule may be blocked.

PREVIOUS SERVICES

DigitalTel service provides remote access to its services by providing services that are presented on the site that the client orders by filling out the order form for services and paying for services.

You have the right to stop using any service at any time by contacting technical support.

RESPONSIBILITY

DigitalTel service does not bear any responsibility for causing or the possibility of harming customers and third parties, their information or business due to the use or impossibility of using the service.

Using the DigitalTel service, you understand and bear full personal, administrative and criminal responsibility for all your actions and their consequences.

Using our service is prohibited:

Fraudulent actions, slander, deceit, threats and insults.

Violation of the laws of the country in which the virtual number you use is located.

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

DigitalTel service provides paid services that can be paid by replenishing the balance in your personal account, by any of these methods on DigitalTel.me

At the time of depositing funds, DigitalTel does not collect any personal information about you.

The use of payment data in this case is described by the privacy policy of payment systems.

Refunds are made at the request of the user, only by contacting DigitalTel technical support.

A request for a refund for virtual numbers is possible within 24 hours from the moment of successful payment of the order.

Refund due to the lack of a workable communication channel for the virtual number service, possibly in the absence of communication for 36 consecutive hours.

Refunds are made minus the commission of payment systems.

Also, in the process of processing an application for a refund, the service is suspended.

Resuming services at the request of the user means refusing to return by the client.

Each refund request is considered individually.

If the circumstances of the request for funds are suspicious for the administration of the service for any reason, then the application for a refund may be rejected.

If you have never visited your personal account or used any services during the year, the DigitalTel service team automatically writes off funds from the account.

Write-offs in the amount of 5 $ occur once every 24 hours, until the balance of the personal account is completely reset.

If for two years the user has never visited a personal account or did not use any services, then the account is automatically deleted, and the services are considered to be provided in full.

If your DigitalTel account is not used for 2 years, it will be automatically deleted.

The balance will be directed to the open software development fund.

An inactive account is considered if it does not have user authorization, replenishment and balance sheet consumption.

Refunds and withdrawal of the referal balance are carried out from 8: 00 to 18:00 hours on MSCs.

RETURN

The deadline for considering a cash return application is 5 days.

Refunds are made to the same bank card with which the payment was made.

Refunds to the card are made from 5 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank to which the bank card was issued

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The user agrees to timely report in the technical support of the service about the problems in the operation of the services provided.

The administration reserves the right to change this agreement without notifying users.

In case of violation of the rules, the service reserves the right to unilaterally terminate customer service without the possibility of recovery.
