If you purchased the service by default, a minimum mobile communication tariff is provided. You will be provided with a username and password to the personal account of the mobile operator. What SIP clients can be used on a smartphone
Our services are provided to end users via 3CX Phone applications, as well as through sip trunk. When using clients other than 3CX encryption TLS/SRTP will not be produced. Also for You need to pair sip telephony on your own.
Can I connect a telephone number to my IP PBX ?
Yes. In the comments to the order, write that you need a sip trunk for your IP PBX. Please note that we do not provide integration services. You do the integration with your IP PBX yourself.
Refunds
Refunds are made at the request of the user, only by contacting DigitalTel technical support.
A request for a refund for virtual numbers is possible within 24 hours from the moment of successful payment of the order.
Refund due to the lack of a workable communication channel for the virtual number service, possibly in the absence of communication for 36 consecutive hours.
Refunds are made minus the commission of payment systems.
