Customer selectivity

Our main task is to help the client solve his need for this service by determining the main task and goals of using telephony. Before starting a cooperation, we can ask questions or ask to fill out a questionnaire in which we ask about residency, citizenship, common goals of using telephony and planned intentions to build a firm belief that we can provide you with our services. We do not provide numbers to call centers and other customers with a huge number of outgoing calls

Countering Fraud

Retail DID numbers impose obligations to followKYC processes (know your customer).
An individual or legal entity that has a business relationship through the services we provide can pose significant reputation risks for us and our partners with unfair or fraudulent use of the telephone network.
The KYC approach minimizes the risk of fraud by identifying suspicious elements earlier in the relationship between the client and business.

Confidentiality

We provide sip channels with SRTP / TLS encryption.
In the service, PBX rental also access to all settings except sip trunk administration. Record conversations, download and delete this is your right.

We do not follow users, we also do not apply software solutions for conducting operational-search measures (but they use mobile operators of the Russian Federation), so confidentiality is maintained only to mobile operators.
